Job Verification

Job verification is handled by barcodes that are placed at each client site and scanned using the mobile device's camera.

The HACCPAC Mobile Process

The number steps involved in rostering are significantly reduced using HACCPAC Mobile:

  1. Rosters are created using HACCPAC.
  2. Roster sync’d from database to phone onsite by worker.
  3. Using HACCPAC Mobile, worker records job start and finish time, and verifies using a scannable barcode.
  4. Worker records additional job information, e.g. KMs, travel time.
  5. Worker can also update roster as changes are made (optional).
  6. Completed roster details are sync’d to HACCPAC database on site by worker.

Handling Exceptions - Job Matching

The HACCPAC Job Matching Interface (JMI) client application:

  • Allows you to select a worker for matching.
  • Reads the Worker's mobile device data and compares the information with the weekly timesheets in HACCPAC.
  • Asks you to intervene whenever it is unclear what happened, based on pre-defined tolerances.

If the HACCPAC Mobile job details match a job in the weekly timesheet you will not need to enter anything about this job - the worker did what they were supposed to do.

The data is then saved into the HACCPAC roster.
