Overview
While HACCPAC Mobile is our premium electronic rostering solution, HACCPAC also offers integration with other 3rd party electronic rostering solutions.
eziTracker and Daelibs interfaces are available as optional add-ons to the HACCPAC solution.
HACCPAC-eziTracker Interface
eziTracker is a phone based solution where care workers use client's telephones to call a 1800 number. Using the telephone keypad, workers log the job start and end times and other related information such as kilometres, travel time, etc.
The information from eziTracker is automatically imported into HACCPAC in 'real time' to verify actual job times against rostered job times. HACCPAC utilises our exclusive Job Matching Interface to alert administrators to any variance to rostered jobs based on predetermined tolerance criteria.
HACCPAC-Daelibs Interface
Daelibs is a logger based system which records basic information about care workers attendance on site. Workers carry a logger device which they pair with a button placed in each clients home.
The information stored in each workers logger is imported into HACCPAC to verify actual job times against rostered job times. HACCPAC utilises our exclusive Job Matching Interface to alert administrators to any variance to rostered jobs based on predetermined tolerance criteria.

HACCPAC-eziTracker Interface
The HACCPAC-eziTracker Windows Service:
- Checks for new eziTracker transactions in 'real time' and imports them into the HACCPAC database for matching at set time intervals.
- Incrementally updates Worker details in eziTracker from HACCPAC at set time intervals.
- Incrementally updates Client details in eziTracker from HACCPAC at set time intervals.
- Optional: The service optionally updates HACCPAC timesheets automatically instead of using the Job Matching Interface.
The Haccpac-eziTracker Job Matching Interface application:
- Allows you to select a date and worker for matching.
- Reads the worker’s eziTracker data and compares this information with the weekly timesheets in HACCPAC.
- Asks you to intervene whenever a job is outside the predetermined tolerance limits.
- If the eziTracker transaction details match a job in the weekly timesheet you will not need to enter anything about this job – the worker did what they were supposed to do.
- After all exceptions have been handled, the weekly timesheet is automatically created in HACCPAC.
HACCPAC-Daelibs Interface
The Haccpac-Daelibs Job Matching Interface application:
- Allows you to select a Daelibs CSV file for matching.
- Reads the Worker’s Daelibs data from the CSV file and compares this information with the weekly timesheets in HACCPAC.
- Asks you to intervene whenever a job is outside the predetermined tolerance limits.
- If the Daelibs transaction details match a job in the weekly timesheet you will not need to enter anything about this job – the worker did what they were supposed to do.
- After all exceptions have been handled, the weekly timesheet is automatically created in HACCPAC.
The Haccpac-Daelibs Job Matching Interface enables you to use the USB Daelibs Button Reader. This makes it easy to read the button id and store it in the HACCPAC database.
